PROCEDURE

For simple issues that cIT cannot resolve please follow this WI to submit a ticket to Jonas and close the cIT ticket. Tickets can be submitted via the Jonas Support Portal or the client can call in for urgent matters.

Passwordstate > Website > Jonas Portal

STEPS

NOTE: Intake notifications are for awareness and comms, if cIT does not need to take action please close. Otherwise, take the appropriate action(s) and notify vITM.

  1. Login to the Jonas Portal (Reference Requirements Section)
  2. Click Cases at the top of the page
  3. Click the New Case button
  4. Provided a description (it searches their KB)
  5. Click Next.
  6. If you are unable to determine appropriate Menu selections choose:
  7. Menu 1
  8. Non-Application
  9. Menu 2
  10. non-application issue
  11. Next
  12. Provide Details
  13. Including the End-User to contact.
  14. Finish
  15. Inform the client that Jonas support will be addressing their issue or request.
