PROCEDURE
For simple issues that cIT cannot resolve please follow this WI to submit a ticket to Jonas and close the cIT ticket. Tickets can be submitted via the Jonas Support Portal or the client can call in for urgent matters.

STEPS
NOTE: Intake notifications are for awareness and comms, if cIT does not need to take action please close. Otherwise, take the appropriate action(s) and notify vITM.
- Login to the Jonas Portal (Reference Requirements Section)
- Click Cases at the top of the page
- Click the New Case button
- Provided a description (it searches their KB)
- Click Next.
- If you are unable to determine appropriate Menu selections choose:
- Menu 1
- Non-Application
- Menu 2
- non-application issue
- Next
- Provide Details
- Including the End-User to contact.
- Finish
- Inform the client that Jonas support will be addressing their issue or request.
