This WI provides general instructions and information regarding Passwords to access the Jonas Cloud PBA

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Jonas Cloud passwords expire every 90 days
• There are various ways to execute a password reset. Please follow using the priority list below:

PRIORITY LIST

1. Have the user search their email for the automated password expiry from Jonas support (See References Section - ref1)
2. Follow the attached Self-Service guide from Jonas (See References Section - ref2)
3. Have End-User call Jonas Support (1-800-352-6647)
4. If all of the above fail, please contact Tech POC
