PROCEDURE WI for installing Windows Remote Desktop Client for accessing Jonas Cloud

STEPS

There are two different methods for installing:

• Immybot profile for WP has the installer

• Manual:

1. Download and install Windows App from the Microsoft Store. When Windows App is installed, open it.
2. Select Sign in and sign in with the users Jonas Account (not managed by cIT).
3. If it’s your first time using Windows App, navigate through the tour to learn more about Windows App, then select Done, or select Skip.
4. After you sign in, select Apps tab on the left navigation (may take a few moments to populate)
