1. Once approved, login to WP-DC01 and added user’s account to the appropriate Group(s) requested.
3. Add vaniad@westernpump.com to Halo ticket and provide her the AD username.
4. IMPORTANT: Vania has to add the user in OnBase manually for SSO to work and needs the user’s AD username.
5. Close out of all applications including MS Teams
6. Connect to the installation media on the End-User’s computer \\OnbaseTestServ\OBSupport\centrexIT
7. Open the Unity Client folder
8. Run setup.exe as an Admin
10. Take defaults on MS Visual, click Install
12. Click Next in the Client Setup Wizard
14. Take defaults for Destination Folder, click Next
16. Take defaults for Custom Setup, click Next
18. Take defaults for Service Location, click Next
20. Take defaults for Additional Settings, click Next
22. IMPORTANT: Uncheck “Deploy pre-configured Unity configuration file from specific location” and click Next
24. Check “Create Desktop shortcut(s) when applicable” and click Install
26. Click Finish
28. Copy \\OnbaseTestServ\OBSupport\centrexIT\Unity Client\obunity.exe.config to >>>>>>>>>>>> C:\Program Files (x86)\Hyland\Unity Client
29. Go back to \\OnbaseTestServ\OBSupport\centrexIT
30. Open the vpd64 folder
32. Right-Click setup.exe and Run as Administrator

34. Click Next on the Welcome Wizard
36. Take defaults, click Next on the Installation Options.
38. Click Install
40. Click Install
42. Click Finish
44. Launch the OnBase Unity Client from the user’s Desktop
46. OnBase is supposed to use Single-Sign-On to login. If you encounter an error please contact vendor support via support@requordit.com
