Disable user in on-prem Active Directory*

  • *Note that Active Directory and M365 are not currently linked. Both must be handled separately.
  1. Receive request to disable user from Mandip Pannu or Talon Ellithorpe
  2. Login to VPN (see VPN KB: KB00003964)
  3. RDP to TLCDC2 (10.1.1.15) and open Active Directory
  4. Disable user and remove from all AD groups in “TLC Users”

Remove user in M365 for email and app access

  1. Login to M365 (https://portal.office.com)
  2. Remove license from user and disable account

Once completed, inform Mandip (mpannu@tlcdoctors.com) and Talon (tellithorpe@tlcdoctors.com) so that they can complete SaaS application removal/deletion.
