Create a new user/identity for Trishula employees when centrexIT receives an onboarding form request.

1. Employee account & identity attributes are created based on the New Hire Onboarding Form requested by the client.
2. Access & Licensing limited to the request and this WI.

1. Login to the M365 Admin portal using the Forte’s M365 Admin Account
2. Under Users > Click Active users
3. Click Add a user
4. Put in all the required information for the user account provided on the Onboarding Form
5. Frist Name\Last Name\Display Name
6. UPN/Username Schema:

• (Format: [first_name][last_initial]@trishulatx.com | Example: johnd@trishulax.com)

• Duplicate name format ([first_name][middle_initial][last_initial]@trishulatx.com| eg: johnad@trishulax.com)

7. Follow cIT account provisioning guidelines/best practice for password creation
8. Click Next
9. Assign appropriate license(s) (Business Premium for standard users)
10. Once the account is licensed click Next
11. DO NOT grant admin rights or account roles
12. Under the Profile info dropdown, enter in the details provided on the Onboarding Form
13. Click Next, and review all the setting for the new user account, and verify all requirements are correct
14. Once reviewed click Finish adding
15. Review the Onboarding form to make sure:

• Clone User Access: Grant New Hire access to requested resources based on previous user.

• Distribution Lists: If provided

• MS Teams: Add user’s account to any requested groups

16. IMPORTANT: If setting up a new device please make sure to force a password change on the user’s account once their credentials are cached to the device and office products are registered.
