Open up File Explorer, which is the yellow folder icon found on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen

In the search bar at the top of the window, type \\sdhsapp01

The list of printers available will appear in the File Explorer window

Right-click and select “Connect” on the printer you want to connect to. The printer’s drivers will download and install. When complete, right-click on the printer again and select “Open”.

Click on Printer > Set Printer as Default

When printing for the first time, you will receive a prompt:

Enter your 4 digit printer code in the User ID field

This is a one time entry; next time you print, your printer code will be saved and will auto-populate on your next print attempt
