VNC to Thin Client

1. Logon to RCP-NOC-DC-1
2. Lunch the Wyse Management Suite
3. 
4. Login to the console
5. 
6. Username and password can be found in Password State
7. Click on Devices
8. 
9. Once on the Devices page find the terminal both either the ServiceTag, or Username
10. 
11. Click on the name of the terminal
12. 
13. Once on the properties page click more actions. Then select Remote Shadow (VNC)

15. Click connect:

17. Put in the password (Same as the Wyse Management Console
