  1. Login to RCP-NOC-DC1
  2. Find the users account
  3. Right click on the account, and Click P21 AD Integration.
  4. Check the users on-boarding form for the information the 4 fields.
  6. Active Directory Role
  7. Example: Retail Managers.
  8. Location
  9. Example: 104
  10. Branch
  11. Example: 004
  12. Company ID: 1
  14. Click Accept
  15. As long as all the fields are setup properly the user will be able to login to P21 using there Active Directory Creds.
