This is for service desk and Provisioing to use in the event that P21 desktop version is needed. Please confirm with POC and/or vITM if this needs to be installed.

Run the install file located: \\RCP-FS\RCPDATA\Install\Epicor\P21 Install 12.1\Prophet 21

2. Right Click on “Setup” and “Run as Administrator”
3. Once Prompted put in the Serial Number
5. Use the default file path and click next
7. Add the Server, and Database
8. Server: RCP-SQL
9. Database: P21
11. Click next until the install completes
12. Once this has been completed we need to go back to C:\Program Files (x86)\Epicor Software\
13. Once here please rename folder Prophet 21.12.x to Prophet 21.12.1
14. Continue you Step 8
15. Update P21 to version: 2018.2.3453

Update P21 to version: 2018.2.3453

1. Navigate to \\RCP-FS\RCPDATA\Install\Epicor\2018_2_3453
2. Right Click on Prophet21_2018.2.3453.exe and click run “As Administrator”
4. When Prompted for the path. Put in the below path, and click next
5. C:\Program Files (x86)\Epicor\Prophet 21 12.1
7. Next install Crystal_2018.2.3453 by right clicking, and running “As Administrator”
8. Once Prompted unzip the files to the following directory.
9. C:\Program Files (x86)\Epicor\Prophet 21 12.1\Reports
12. Note there should be 180 files unzipped to this location
14. Right click on Help_2018.2.3453, and run “As Administrator
15. Once prompted unzip the files to the following Directory
18. C:\Program Files (x86)\Epicor\Prophet 21 12.1\
19. There should only be one file that is unzipped
20. Run P21 and verify the version is showing 2018.2.3453 and we can login as the user using windows authentication.
21. Enable .net3.5 on all computers.

E-Payment Install

1.      Navigate to \\RCP-FS\RCPDATA\Install\Element 1.4.3\EPaymentsSetup.v1.4.3.release

2.      Right Click Setup and run “As Admin”

3.      Select all the defaults

4.      Click Next until the install start

5.      Click close once completed

Font install

1.      Navigate to \\RCP-FS\RCPDATA\Install\Epicor\Fonts

2.      Right Click 3OF9_NEW_0 and run “As Admin”

3.      Follow the default settings

4.      Have the end user test and verify the Bar Codes are working.
