1.      Login to RCP-NOC-DC-1

2.      Launch Chrome

3.      Click: Wyse Management console on the Bookmarks Bar

4.      Login to the Wyse Management console using the Cred in Password State https://pwd.centrexit.com:9119/pid=1762

5.      Click on the devices tab

a.      

6.      Once on the device tab you can find the computer by one of 3 ways

a.      Serial Number

b.      Last user

c.      Search by Serial Number, or Last user

7.      Once you’ve found the device click on the name to enter the system settings

8.      Here you can see the event log, Restart, Factory Reset, Unregister, etc…

9.      You will also be able to Shadow the Thin Client.

a.      To do this click on “More Actions”

                                                      i.           

b.      Select “Remote Shadow (VNC)”

c.      You be prompted with the connection setting.

                                                      i.           

d.      Click connect.

e.      You will be prompted for a password

                                                      i.           

                                                    ii.           The password is the same as the ctac password

f.       Click Submit, and you will be connected to the Thin Client
