Checking Flows for Failures/Deactivation
Every month, someone from IT should confirm that all of the cloud flows on the Flow Service Account (svc_flow@prosperitynow.org) are working as intended and not failing/deactivated. In the past, flows that failed multiple times or didn’t have a trigger activated would be deactivated automatically. While we’ve purchased a paid license for the Flow Service Account to prevent that from happening, we should still do our due diligence and double check
- Sign in as the Flow Service Account
- Credentials are in 1Password
- From the app drawer, click Power Automate
- Click My flows on the left to bring up the list of flows
- Click on the top flow and review the following
- Make sure the Status is Active in the details section
- Check for any failures in the 28 day run history
- Make sure the flow is turned on along the top
- Make sure the connections used in the flow are all healthy and not giving you an error
- Repeat Step 4 for all the flows found in Step 3
