- Network account lockout/password reset a. Exclude: account lockout from LabVantage
- Veeam failure alerts
- Node alerts from SolarWinds
- Addition of a network printer to a user workstation
- Workstation issues, e.g., webcam not functioning, USB-connected printer problem, display problem (anything that does not obviously require hands-on technical interaction)
- Windows Defender notifications
- Installation of Windows Updates
- Reset computer of terminated user or computer replacement (requested by Brian)
- Make ready a new computer (requested by Brian)
- Provision computer for new user (requested by Brian – TBD if centrexIT action necessary)
Ticket topics for user redirection:
- Unable to log into XiFin -> user must engage XiFin to resolve
- Unable to log into Concur (expense reporting) These two issues will have to go back to the client to reach out to their vendor for the following application issue.
