Edit the Organization tab with provided info

  • Job Title

  • Department

  • Company

-Manager Name

  • mailNickname

  • proxyAddresses

  • Add requested SMTP and smtp address

  • Hit Apply

-Edit Member of tab to add to any requested groups

  • Record what groups are added

  • Note that request may include request to clone the permissions of another user and this may apply to both AD and 365.

Sign in to Portal.Office.com with OCC Admin Credentials

  • Credentials are PWstate

  • Click in Admin far left side

  • Click Active users in far left side

  • Search for user

  • Click user

  • Assign the requested License under the License and apps tab

  • Default to Business Standard unless stated otherwise

  • Once the mailbox is created, add to requested groups under the Account tab

  • Note that request may include request to clone the permissions of another user and this may apply to both AD and 365.

  • Record what groups user is added to
