Log into NALUS1
Launch MiVoice Office 250
The app will launch, press the phone icon next to “NaluMedical-Onsite”
The MiVoice Database will open
-Expand “Voice Processor”
Expand “Devices”
Do not expand, but Select “Mailboxes”
The Extensions will be shown in the box to the right, double click the extension you want to update voicemail for.
Right click “passcode” and Edit
Enter new passcode twice, select ok
