1. Go to QualitySystem U:\Esubmitter

2. Create this path locally in the root of C:

   C:\eSubApps\eSub_v3\

3. Copy the contents of the U:\Esubmitter folder and paste it into the local eSub_v3 folder.

4. Create desktop shortcut from eSubmitter3.exe
