This is needed by the service desk.

Signature Pad Software Installation

First make sure that the user has the signature pad plugged in

1.    Run executable:

2.    Click Next

1. Click next

4.1.    You can leave destination folder as default: C:\\Windows\SigPlus

           Take note where this is being saved. We will need this to create a shortcut.

5.1.    Click T-L then hit ok

6.1.    Click T-LB460 or T-L460 then hit ok

The model compatible with ChildPlus is T-L460

7.1.    Click HSB (USB Type)

8.1.    Click Agree to Licensing

Doesn’t matter if you ask to create shortcut it’s hit or miss if it creates it

9.    Click on Finish

To create a shortcut do the following

10.    Go to the destination folder

If it was left default it should be C:\\Windows\SigPlus

11.    Open Windows and explorer and go to This PC

12.Then C drive

13.Click on Windows

14.Click on SIGPLUS

15.1.    DemoOCX is the Program create a shortcut on the desktop
