The first time a user opens ChildPlus on a device, they will get a box asking for the Agency Name. This is MAACProject (case sensitive and all one word).

When a user logs into ChildPlus, it will send a code to either their email or phone which they then have to enter into the site. This can be turned off after the first time on that device by checking the box for “Remember this device”.

For IT, this is tied to the email address helpdesk@maacproject.org. Sending an email to that email address auto-creates a ticket in Dreamtsoft, so a ticket will be generated that will have the code in it. The credentials for the IT ChildPlus account can be found in PWstate.

Support: The MAAC admin contact for ChildPlus is Sonia Hilstock (shilstock@maacproject.org). Centrex IT mainly just installs the program and the signature pads for it, and our account has no access to make changes. If the user is experiencing issues such as credentials not working or the site not displaying correctly, please advise them to contact Sonia for assistance. If she thinks this is something IT can address, she will notify us. While we are able to contact ChildPlus for support (details for this are on their website), we should always confirm with Sonia first that this is necessary.
