To help resolve frozen Lacerte instance in RDS

When user reports that the RDS session is frozen when Lacerte is being used, there is a pop up window that appears offscreen. If you can navigate and close the pop up to resolve and verify can continue to use Lacerte. If not then you will need to log the user out of the RDS session and back in to verify they can acccess and use Lacerte.

  1. When user reports that the RDS session is frozen when Lacerte is being used, there is a pop up window that appears offscreen.
  2. If you can navigate and close the pop up to resolve and verify can continue to use Lacerte.
  3. If not then you will need to log the user out of the RDS session and back in to verify they can acccess and use Lacerte.
