Check Following:
☐ Localuser addition:

☐ Install NCentral:
☐ Computer re-named to JJGC-Serial Number
☐ Computer fully updated (IOS / Windows Updates)
☐ System Updates (Dell/Lenovo Updates)
☐ VPN Installed and joined **(**anyconnect.johnsonandjennings.com) Verify the VPN URL caches on the new user’s device or that the XML file is under the Profile folder for the VPN.
☐ Open DNS (https://dashboard.umbrella.com/o/242001/#/deployments/core/roamingdevices download Roaming Client, this applies if it did not already install with the VPN)
☐ Domain Joined (JANDJDOMAIN)
☐ Make sure to Azure join the device with users credentials.
☐ Confirm the device is fully compliant in Azure
☐ Grant domain Users local admin rights
☐ Chrome Installed
☐ Office Installed (download from portal.office.com)
☐ Adobe Reader Install (https://get.adobe.com/reader/ do NOT install if user needs Bluebeam Revu)
☐ Microsoft Teams (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app)
☐ BlueBeam Revu (Naomi will provide license for version - if requested on new user form)
☐ Construction Partner (RDP shortcut O:\cTAC\Software\client_specific\JJGC Setup Apps – if requested on new user form)
☐ Microsoft Project (License must be applied, then downloaded from portal.office.com – if requested on new user form)
☐ Mitel Phone Manager (\\jjdc01\Software)
☐ Set Defaults (Email/Outlook – Internet/Chrome – PDF/Adobe or Bluebeam**)**
☐ Sign into Office as new user
☐ Set up Outlook Profile for new user
☐ Set up Microsoft Teams for new user
☐ Confirm Home and Requested Drives are mapped
☐ Confirm Printers are installed.
☐ Verify Remainder of Programs are installed based on New User Spec Form
