From the users computer go to the Software share (V:)

“V:\Adobe\Flatten PDF” and copy the following 4 files: Debugger. JSDbugger PDFScript_flattenPages UVSAR_selectiveFlatten You will navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\AcrobatDC\Acrobat\Javascripts on the local machine and paste the files in that folder.

Once this is done you can relaunch Adobe and the tool will be available.
