Please review and reference the user termination form submitted.

Section titled “Please review and reference the user termination form submitted.”

  • Login to the domain controller.

  • Open Active Directory Users and Computers.

  • Locate the JGD Domain User OU and locate the account in question and disable it.

  • If this box is checked you will sign the user out of all Office 365 sessions in MS365.
  • If forward is checked, set this up to the email provided on the form.

  • You will not make any changes to the MS365 license.

  • Toggle global address visibility OFF in MS 365.

  • If convert is checked, proceed to convert the user mailbox to a shared mailbox and provide access the user provided on the form.

  • You will remove the assigned MS365 license.

  • Toggle global address visibility OFF in MS 365.

  • If Keep mailbox active is checked you will reset the users password and provide to requester.

  • You will not make any changes to the MS365 license.

  • Toggle global address visibility OFF in MS 365

  • For all user terminations, login to Adobe admin portal, and credentials in PWDstate. https://adminconsole.adobe.com/

  • Once logged in go and remove the license associated to the user.

  • Under “Products and services” click “Adobe Pro”

  • Find and click on the user.

  • Next to products click “edit products”

  • Remove Adobe Pro and click save.

  • If Archive is checked, you will need to setup a remote session to the computer/laptop and copy the data on the following folders to jgd-data2012\Network_Files\Home Locate the users HOME folder and place the data in that folder.

  • Desktop

  • My Documents

  • Downloads

  • If “Give full profile access” is checked you will reset the user account password and provide it to the requester.

  • If “disable account” is checked, proceed to disable the AD account.
