  1. Create user in AD - Username is:
  2. Firstname.lastname@granitegold.com
  3. Add Department per Spec form (security group)
  4. Fill in the user profile Description with the Job Title and E-mail Section
  5. Set mail nickname and Fill in the Organization tab with role info

M365 Admin Center

  1. Import account in M365
  2. Assign Business license
  3. Add to any groups if requested
