Verification Product Link from vendor or client to download the software
Steps:
Section titled “Steps:”- Click link from Bloomberg BNA Software support
- Enter Customer ID
- Enter Access code
- Enter details as shown in screenshot below
- Provide email address that you can get the installer link delivered

- Download software and install on required session hosts (review Complete Criteria Section)
- IMPORTANT: If you get an error installing over a previous instance, uninstall the previous version from Control Panel

- Make sure “Income Tax Planner With 50 States” radio button is selected
- Next
- Take defaults for install location
- Next
- IMPORTANT: Uncheck “Create a desktop shortcut to Default Data Directory”
- Click Install
- After install and the app opens select Activate Online
- Product key should be auto-populated
- For the point-of-contact use: andid@gpw.cpa
- Continue
- Click Finish
- When the app opens click No to change the default state
