Pro System Engagement will not open properly Connect to “SQL-SERVER” via Screen Connect or Ncentral

Open “SQL Server Management Studio” located on taskbar

Leave creds and hit “Connect”

Right click the SQL-Server, and click “Restart”

Test with user, if still not resolved, issue is unrelated to SQL-Server
