If you get a user calling in saying they can’t access CCH Admin Cloud due to updates, this is the process to resolve the issue:

1.      Sign into the SH5 server

2.      Check Task Manager > Users to see if anyone is currently logged in

3.      Verify that it is okay to restart the machine

4.      Restart the machine

5.      Ask the user to login and check to see if it’s now working
