Please do not manually map any drives to the user’s PC as they will be automatically unmapped by the automation script.

Section titled “No drives are mapped to the user’s system”- Open file explorer
- Navigate to \\tron or \\fsa-fs to check if they are able to access
- Once they are in, sign the user out and back in again
- The drives should auto populate at this point
Drives are not auto populating
Section titled “Drives are not auto populating”- Only do these steps if you have completed the above and drives are still not showing up
- Check to see if the following folder exists: C:\NetworkDrive\CompanyName
- If it is not there then the script has not been ran on the machine
- Make sure device is checking into N-Central
- Install/Reinstall N-Central if necessary
- After you verified the system is in N-Central
- Open up N-Central and go to that particular device’s device page
- Select Tools > Task Execution > Repository Items: FSA - Drive Mappings > Run
- Once the task is complete check the folder again and see if the path exists
- If it does, it should now auto populate the drives
