Log into management pc with domain admin.
Log into Synology credentials under Synology Portal in websites.
Select “Devices”
Select the device you need to log into
Log into Synology at the location requesting video clips.
Info in PWState under Network Devices
Select surveillance station
Select Monitor Center
Find camera number of device needing clips from
users see description for camera location (West Lot Entry)
After you have determined the camera number, right click and slect “Download”
Select the date and time needed for the request
Then download the file
Once downloaded you can drop the clip in the users OneDrive in 365 admin center or connect with the user and transfer to their machine.
