CIC Thin Client Admin Changes

Step 1: Disable FBWF(Freeze Software)

The CATI Thin Clients at CIC  auto logs in with the MyUser acct which is the default account the call center Staff uses.

To make changes to that account you must login as admin by holding down the shift key and log off Windows 7.

You’ll then be taken to the login screen, where you can login with Admin and PWD3.

Once Logged click on Start

Select LTM Control Panel

FBWF/EWF will be selected

Select Disable Restrictions

Apply

Reboot system and hold shift to get Login Screen

Login as Admin

Make changes necessary on MyUser profile.

Step 2: Make Changes on system Either add Voxco URL Shortcuts to MyUser profile install software such as Firefox etc.

Once changes are made Reboot then login with Admin Acct

Step 3: Re-enable FBWF (Freeze Software)

Once the Changes and have been tested Reboot PC

Log back as Admin

Enable FBWF From LTM Control Panel

Select Enabled Documents and Settings for Administrator

Select Enabled Persistent Registry

Apply

Reboot system

Test Changes to confirm

Possible Step2 Changes

1.      For Adding the Voxco Shortcut follow Step1, login as Admin and copy (Voxco Agent Login New) and save to myuser profile on Desktop. Once changes are done complete Step3 to Freeze System

2.      For Adding Firefox Follow Step1, Install Firefox from Admin Profile, Save Firefox shortcut to Myuser Profile. Set Voxco URL as the homescreen for firefox

3.      Enable Advanced Internet options for IE. Checking boxes

Once Changes are done complete Step3 to Freeze system to prevent changes from the MyUser profile
