So you know what steps are needed to successfully setup a management PC

  1. Setup local user account specific to client
  2. Install N-central agent
  3. Install Screen Connect
  4. Install SentinelOne
  5. Run windows updates

  1. Unbox computer
  2. Create account named ‘localuser’ and password specific to the client (If not already created in Password Manager, proceed with creating based on the standard)
  3. Install all Windows Updates
  4. Log into N-central > Select the Client and then download the agent
  5. Install the N-central agent
  6. Log into Screen Connect, under the Client get the install link and install screen connect ont the computer
  7. Go to SentinelOne management portal, download the agent for the corresponding client. Install SentinelOne agent on computer
  8. Install putty
  9. Install Advanced IP Scanner

  1. Create a relationship back to related process. Note: Please add KB relationships to core process, process, SOPs or other WIs on the right.
