Responsibility:
Section titled “Responsibility:”Procurement Department is held accountable for accuracy off all Microsoft Licenses. Service Desk leads and managers can add Microsoft licenses if Procurement Department is unavailable.
Completion Criteria:
Section titled “Completion Criteria:”Licenses are added or removed, and google docuement is updated.

Steps:
Section titled “Steps:”- Go to – https://www.pax8.com/en-us/
- Login
- Click on companies, left-hand side
- Search for the company who needs additional licenses
- Click on the subscriptions

Find the subscription you would like to modify

Make sure that the Term of the subscription is Monthly.

If a subscriptions term is Annual, please forward request to vITM, or Procurement Department

Once verified the subscription is monthly, click on manage

To Increase or decrease the quantity associated with that subscription, click modify

Toggle up or down the quantity increase or decrease

Check terms and conditions and Click submit
- Add modifications to google sheet.
