- Log into the client’s M365 Global Admin tenant.
- Go to Admin center.
- Create a non-licensed user with the naming convention svc_haloxxxx (the x’s are 4 random numbers).
Purpose:
Section titled “Purpose:”To create a service account to sync users into Halo from client domain
Scope:
Section titled “Scope:”Service Desk, vITM, vCIO, Projects
Responsibility:
Section titled “Responsibility:”vITM, Projects
Completion Criteria:
Section titled “Completion Criteria:”Once service account is created submit ticket to Halo team to run the sync Halo team will verify sync has ran
Records:
Section titled “Records:”Creadentials will be stored in PWState and 1Password
Steps:
Section titled “Steps:”- Enter instructions on how the task is completed – include video, screen shots, or text
- Repeat for each step (should be less than 10 steps – if more steps are required, determine is it should be a SOP)
Process References:
Section titled “Process References:”- Create a relationship back to related process. Note: Please add KB relationships to core process, process, SOPs or other WIs on the right.
