1. Prequisite: Client must be setup in cIT Microsoft Teams as a Team
2. In teams admin center, find the “Client - Company Name” team site matching the Company Name you are seting up.
3. Open that teams admin center.
4. The URL for the page will contain the needed Key. The URL will look something like this: “https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/teams/manage/26e7df90-a8fb-4306-9dce-666c06f2803h” the KEY for the integration is the “26e7df90-a8fb-4306-9dce-666c06f2803h” part at the end of the URL.
5. Copy the Key from step 4
6. open Halo, locate the client
7. On the Company info page, look for the schemas in the upper right corner and select the “+” symbol
8. Select the microsoft schema from the list
9. Under Teams on the next page paste the Key from step 4 in the “Internal Teams Group ID” box.
10. Open microsoft teams app in another window and locate the “Client - Company Name” team and general client channel and right click the general channel and select “Get link to channel”
11. Copy the URL that appears and paste it in the “Internal Team Group ID URL” on the Halo microsoft schema page
12. Save and close the schema.
