CentrexIT Approving Time Entries Pushed to ConnectWise From Halo

KB00027949
Katie McEvoy Work Instruction 1 min
Publishedv2

The purpose is to approve time entries in ConnectWise and create invoices. This saves time when invoicing as the time entries bounce up against the agreements in ConnectWise and apply the proper entitlement rates. Without this process each entitlement would need to be manually invoiced and the rate would need to be verified before the invoice was created.

Impact to Accounting and Account Management

This work instruction needs to be followed by the Account Administrator or whoever is invoicing clients for entitlements not covered in their agreement at the end of the month.

Time entries are visible and correct in the invoicing queue in ConnectWise when logged in as normal user and can be sent to client.
