When a SIMREQ is created for Provisioning and the Category is set to Provisioning there will be an option for FedEx tracking options.
There are fields that need to be filled out by CIT.
- Shipped via Fedex must be True
- Tracking number must be filled in.
- There’s a button in the menu to update the tracking info on demand otherwise a scheduled job updates all of the open tickets once a day.
