When a piece of demand comes in, the Halo teams converts it to a story. The product owner (the person who the ticket is assigned to) will then review the story with the stake owner (the person who submitted the ticket) in order to understand the requirements for the description, the expected result, and the acceptance criteria (i.e., what’s requested is completed). After completing this, the product owner and SCRUM master will review the story in order to make sure that the demand is possible to complete. Once this has been confirmed, the work effort planned time is added from the drop-down menu; this is the amount of time that the product owner estimates the story will take to complete. The time starts with half a day (0.5) and increases in amount of time from there. After this, the story is now ready.
