When an Intake record is submitted to the Halo team either through the IT Care Portal or via email it will display the Intake record on the Purple Halo Home Page.

Open the Intake record and determine if it is a Simple Request, Incident, or Defect.

-Simple Request: A change to an existing function or feature.

-Incident: Any disruption to services that affects anything from a single user or the entire business.

-Defect: A function or feature that worked in the system but does not currently.

Must have enough information in order convert with screenshots of whole browser, TK number (multiple would be preferred), details, full URL, etc.

Assign to the Halo Team when converting the Intake record.
