CentrexIT Offboard/Remove a Customer in Pzzle

*It is important these steps are done in this order

1.     Remove user sync job – Go to System in the upper left , integrations (on the left side of screen menu) external data sources (on the far left under integrations), scroll down and find clients job, click on user import to open, Toggle active to inactive, (save and return to previous page).

2.     Delete other schema tags - Go back to customer under companies section and open the customer you are removing. Click on each schema tag in the upper right corner and toggle to off position. Example: HUBSPOT, N-CENTRAL, SCREENCONNECT, etc. (save and return to previous page)

3.     Remove CIT relationships – Under company then relationships section remove all relationships in this section by clicking the “x” next to each item/name. (save and return to previous page)

4.     Remove all tags including offboarding tag – At the very top the customer screen remove all tags listed by clicking the “x” next to each one. Example: BE-AH-Onsite, Offboarding, MS, etc. (save and return to previous page). 

5.     Add “offboarding complete” tag – Once you have removed all other tags you will add 1 final tag to remain on the account which is “offboarding complete” tag. Once you type the words “offboarding complete” the tag will turn to a red box. (save and stay here).

6.     Mark agreement status expired – Under agreements section near bottom of company page, click into any and all agreements listed here and toggle the simple agreement to off position as well as change status drop down to expired. (save and return to previous page)

7.     Remove subspace from slot – On main company page just delete the client name from the Subspace box and click (save and stay here).

8.     Switch off customer schema – Under customer tab at top of company screen toggle Customer Enabled to off position. (save and return to previous page).

9.     Archive subspace –Click on the drivers license in the upper left corner of the screen next to centrexIT, click on the space tree, find client, click snapshot, you will be asked if you want to archive the space, click ok. You will get a long code of numbers and letters, This is fine. Click ok. The customer will still show in the list but it has archived in the system.

10.  Submit a Simple Request to the Pzzle Support team to run the offboarding action. This action will inactivate all KB Articles, Users, Locations and CIs for the selected company.
