The following establishes when time needs to be reviewed and approved by the user, and how to review exceptions before clicking the thumbs up.

Review time daily: review and accept by the end of the work day.

  • Before clicking the thumb to mark reviewed, check the following –

  • Be certain that all SD work types are used and entered on a client ticket

  • Be certain that all ticket time is charged to the correct client

  • Record any provisioning time as “Provisioning and Imaging” unless it is a repair on an INC

  • Working onsite? Use Onsite work type

  • Report travel time

  • Enter clear notes to indicate the work performed onsite

  • Working after hours as make up work or catch-up work? Use BH work type

  • Working AH call (from client, PagerDuty, alert) User AH work type

  • Enter clear notes to indicate the work performed onsite

  • Dedicated staff working on-call?

  • Do not use dedicated work role and work type

  • Change default work role and work type

  • Supporting a project?

  • Change default work type

  • Add time to PROJ ticket

  • By close of business Friday, have all time reviewed and click on thumbs

  • This will trigger the time sheet review process for Mgr.**

  • All time should be checked, corrected, and approved prior to time sheet review
