SMS texts to 619-587-9632 are accessed through the Pulse App via OneLogin.

If you do not see the app under the apps on your initial login, look under “Company: Everything”.

Being that this is a central repository, you are going to potentially see codes from the same vendor (Microsoft, etc.) for various clients without clarity on who the code is for. So you may need to try to have the code sent while you are in Pulse SMS to more easily identify what code belongs to the client account you are attempting to authenticate.

Alternative access to Pulse can be established through the 2FA machine in SC. Creds for that machine are under CentrexIT > Servers > restricted.adm
