PROCEDURE

Enable SmartNet Notifications

STEPS

1. Log into Cisco Software Central as the account owner
2. Navigate to Manage Smart Account > Manage Account >
3. Navigate to Notifications > Notification Preferences > Set Send an Email Notification: As Soon as the Notification is Posted
4. Click Save

These notifications will go to the account owner.
