PROCEDURE
Enable SmartNet Notifications
STEPS
- Log into Cisco Software Central as the account owner
- Navigate to Manage Smart Account > Manage Account >
- Navigate to Notifications > Notification Preferences > Set Send an Email Notification: As Soon as the Notification is Posted
- Click Save
These notifications will go to the account owner.
