to add the VPN run the following in powershell as admin:

Add-VpnConnection -AllUserConnection -Name “Biocom VPN” -ServerAddress “72.196.33.191” -TunnelType L2tp -EncryptionLevel Optional -L2tpPsk “ctacsupport” -AuthenticationMethod Pap, CHAP -Force

After Adding, Go into adapter properties, disable IPV6 and re-enter the shared key “ctacsupport”

Then login with domain credentials

sign in with biocom.local\username
