When a user account is created in Active Directory. The UPN must be set for IDSync to properly sync the accounts with Kurtia M365 tenant.

  1. If the UPN is not properly set at the time the user account is created the following sync error will be sent to the service desk.
  2. When we receive this email we need to check, and make sure the UPN (Email Address) is set within the users account.
  3. Once this is set, and all attributes required for sync are correctly set the user account should sync with no errors.
  4. If there are any questions about this process, or sync errors pleas reach out to the vITM.
