When a user account is created in Active Directory. The UPN must be set for IDSync to properly sync the accounts with Kurtia M365 tenant.
- Example UPN: Username@avistatech.com
- If the UPN is not properly set at the time the user account is created the following sync error will be sent to the service desk.
- When we receive this email we need to check, and make sure the UPN (Email Address) is set within the users account.
- Once this is set, and all attributes required for sync are correctly set the user account should sync with no errors.
