AtaCor has numerous PBAs both software and SaaS. While most are managed by individuals, as well as individually licensed, their most important PBAs are:

1. M365 (primarily email and SharePoint)
2. Solidworks (licensed individually for all engineers and installed locally)
3. Egnyte (external and internal file sharing and collaboration)
4. QCDB system. QCDB is AtaCor’s Quality management system that is hosted on FS01 in their Azure cloud environment. You must be on their Azure VPN to access the software. Install files are located on their SharePoint. This is all documented under software titled QCDB in the CMDB and has its own WI.

The main POC for most of AtaCor’s software and services is Rick or Suzan, but Jan is the main POC for QCDB concerns.
