- Log onto Ring Central - Credentials and link in PasswordState
- From the portal, go to Users
- Search for centrexIT Support. This is a Super Admin account
- Expand “Screening, Greeting & Hold Music”
- Click on the “Blocked Calls” tab
- Put in phone number and then click on Add
- Scroll down and click on Save
This completes on how to add a number to the block list in Ring Central for all users globally
