1. Have End-User go to https://login.ringcentral.com/
2. Put in their email address and click Next
3. Then click Forgot password

NOTE: If user does not know their password you can use credentials in 1Password (Voice > Ring Central Super Admin Account) to log into the RC Admin Portal and look up the user
