STEPS:

  1. Have the user login to https://service.ringcentral.com/
  2. Click their name in the upper right > Enable or _Disable “_Forward all calls”
  3. Choose options, provide the contact number, and click Save
  4. Forwarding is shown at the top of the web-portal
