Legacy IT documents were discovered by vITM on 04/12/22, please feel free to use them as a reference guide for troubleshooting purposes. If they are relevant please inform Adstra’s vITM to expedite their adoption into Pzzle. vITM will be reviewing the WIs for quality/relevance.

REQUIREMENTS

Passwordstate > Domain\Service Accounts > Active Directory ALC

Passwordstate > Servers > CR-NAS1 Synology

Screen Connect > ALC-CL-DC01

STEPS

1. vITM has mapped \\172.20.1.2\Help Desk to the H:\ on ALC-CL-DC01 under the ctac account
2. Pay close attention to \Help Desk Documentation & \IT Documents
