REQUIREMENTS

• Login to BBj requires that the user has an Adstra Active Directory Account.

• Computer username login must match their Adstra Active Directory Account

• Belardi Wong Example:

• Computer Login Username: jdoe

• Adstra AD > alc.com > Belardi Wong > jdoe (must be present or end-user will get an error that there is no account available when launching BBj)
