As part of the Adstra’s Business Continuity Plan, centrexIT maintains this documentation to serve as an emergency backup in case of emergencies. Primary POC below is the process owner, but client POC can authorize emergency assistance from centrexIT if needed.

This process is run my two scheduled tasks that are run nightly on Win10VMWare. if the below two task fail to run, we need to connect to this virtual machine, and run the manual process. Then determine why the scheduled task failed to run.

Manual Process

1. Login to N-Central
2. Remote in to the Win10VMWare
4. Login using the BBJBundles service account. (Stored in 1Password)
6. Navigate to C:\BBX Bundles
8. Double click to run BBxBundle_V5_with_Hearst.vbs
9. Allow all files in \\bbj.alc.com\files\csvdata to process (files will move to \\bbj.alc.com\files\csvdata\saved)
10. Double click to run BBxBundleBO_v5.vbs
11. Allow all files in \\bbj.alc.com\files\csvdataboalc to process (files will move to \\bbj.alc.com\files\csvdataboalc\saved)
12. Log off Win10VMWare
